
孫慧慧,工學(xué)博士,副研究員,碩士生導(dǎo)師,兼任山東省食品科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)第四屆理事。主持包括國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金、中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金、山東省自然科學(xué)基金博士基金等在內(nèi)共計(jì)7項(xiàng)課題,并作為科研骨干參與了國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃“藍(lán)色糧倉(cāng)科技創(chuàng)新”重點(diǎn)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)1項(xiàng)。累計(jì)發(fā)表論文20余篇,其中以第一作者/通訊作者在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表論文12篇;獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利6項(xiàng),其中第一發(fā)明人4項(xiàng);參編著作《海洋食品酶工程》1部。榮獲神農(nóng)中華農(nóng)業(yè)科技獎(jiǎng)科學(xué)研究類(lèi)成果一等獎(jiǎng)(第五完成人,2021)。
主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)槲⑸锩概c生物催化轉(zhuǎn)化在海洋食品中的應(yīng)用,主要包括酶的基因發(fā)掘和高效表達(dá),催化機(jī)制解析和理性分子改造,生化反應(yīng)過(guò)程優(yōu)化與調(diào)控等研究。
