
代平,男,博士,副研究員。2014年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)院海洋研究所海洋生物學(xué)專業(yè),獲博士學(xué)位,同年進(jìn)入黃海水產(chǎn)研究所從事博士后研究,獲評(píng)2016年度“黃海水產(chǎn)研究所優(yōu)秀博士后”,2018年留所工作,獲評(píng)2018年度“黃海水產(chǎn)研究所青年科技獎(jiǎng)”。作為蝦類種質(zhì)資源與育種團(tuán)隊(duì)骨干成員,建立了大規(guī)模測(cè)定單尾對(duì)蝦飼料利用效率的方法,國(guó)內(nèi)外首次在蝦類育種群中獲得了飼料效率性狀的遺傳參數(shù),確立了以剩余攝食量為飼料效率指標(biāo)的遺傳評(píng)估體系,為培育高效飼料利用新品種提供了重要的理論依據(jù);解析了凡納濱對(duì)蝦飼料利用效率遺傳變異的機(jī)制,開發(fā)了一批重要的飼料效率相關(guān)標(biāo)記和基因,為對(duì)蝦分子標(biāo)記輔助選育高效飼料利用新品種提供了重要的技術(shù)支撐。近五年來(lái),主持重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃藍(lán)色糧倉(cāng)科技創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目子課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金等課題5項(xiàng),總經(jīng)費(fèi)145萬(wàn)元;在國(guó)內(nèi)外專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文10余篇,其中以第一作者在Genetics Selection Evolution、Aquaculture等刊物發(fā)表SCI文章8篇;授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng),軟件著作權(quán)1項(xiàng);獲中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(位次:10)。
主要研究方向:水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物重要經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀的遺傳評(píng)估技術(shù)、基因組選擇和分子育種技術(shù)研究。
