
孟憲紅,博士,研究員。一直在科研一線(xiàn)從事海水養(yǎng)殖生物遺傳育種和優(yōu)良性狀分子解析工作,主持國(guó)家級(jí)、省部級(jí)等各類(lèi)課題、子課題23項(xiàng),包括國(guó)家863課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金、面上項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題、山東省農(nóng)業(yè)良種工程項(xiàng)目等,累計(jì)合同經(jīng)費(fèi)2400余萬(wàn)元。獲省、部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)5項(xiàng),包括部一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)(3,3),二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(3)、現(xiàn)為3個(gè)省、部級(jí)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)核心成員,第三屆山東省水產(chǎn)原良種評(píng)審委員會(huì)委員,水科院中青年拔尖人才榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào);骨干力量培育中國(guó)對(duì)蝦“黃海2號(hào)”、“黃海5號(hào)”、大菱鲆“丹法鲆”及凡納濱對(duì)蝦“壬海1號(hào)”養(yǎng)殖新品種;發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文136篇,其中SCI收錄50篇;獲10項(xiàng)授權(quán)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利、7項(xiàng)實(shí)用新型專(zhuān)利;獲4項(xiàng)軟件著作權(quán),發(fā)布6項(xiàng)青島市地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

主要從事海水養(yǎng)殖生物遺傳育種和優(yōu)良性狀分子解析工作。開(kāi)展中國(guó)對(duì)蝦抗病新品種選育,培育出中國(guó)對(duì)蝦新品種“黃海5號(hào)”,其抗WSSV存活時(shí)間、收獲體重和養(yǎng)殖存活率分別提高了30.10%、32.05%和13.51%。對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)蝦核心育種群體WSSV抗性、生長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)良性狀的分子基礎(chǔ)解析。首次鑒定并獲得了中國(guó)對(duì)蝦幾丁質(zhì)結(jié)合蛋白基因等12個(gè)WSSV侵染下免疫應(yīng)答基因的序列特征與時(shí)空表達(dá)規(guī)律;篩選到與WSSV抗性相關(guān)聯(lián)的SNP基因型5個(gè);構(gòu)建了第一個(gè)中國(guó)對(duì)蝦高密度遺傳連鎖圖譜,整合SNP標(biāo)記12884個(gè),平均間隔0.41cM;確認(rèn)并定位了WSSV抗性、生長(zhǎng)等29個(gè)性狀的QTL位點(diǎn)。
