
于永翔,男,博士,助理研究員。主要開展水產(chǎn)疾病病原學(xué)和病原多樣性研究。完成病原快速檢測(cè)、種質(zhì)鑒定和凍干保藏技術(shù)建立等工作,收集整理4500余株水產(chǎn)疾病病原庫(kù)種質(zhì)資源,基于菌株的時(shí)空分布特性,對(duì)重要病原菌的毒力、耐藥、遺傳信息等進(jìn)行多元差異分析與生物信息資源挖掘。發(fā)表相關(guān)論文18篇,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利4項(xiàng)。
