李杰，博士，中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所養(yǎng)殖生物疾病控制與分子病理學(xué)研究室副研究員，副主任，中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)、青島科技大學(xué)、江蘇海洋大學(xué)、浙江海洋大學(xué)和天津農(nóng)學(xué)院碩士研究生導(dǎo)師，國(guó)家藻類(lèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系病害防控崗位科學(xué)家，山東省水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖病害防治專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)委員、青島市生態(tài)學(xué)會(huì)病害生態(tài)專(zhuān)委會(huì)委員，中國(guó)水產(chǎn)流通與加工協(xié)會(huì)大菱鲆分會(huì)副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)。
主要從事藻類(lèi)病害及防控技術(shù)、魚(yú)類(lèi)流行病學(xué)和疫苗技術(shù)等研究工作。現(xiàn)主持國(guó)家藻類(lèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系病害防控崗位、國(guó)家自然學(xué)科基金-山東省聯(lián)合基金子課題、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題及西藏亞?wèn)|鮭魚(yú)健康養(yǎng)殖等項(xiàng)目，共主持完成國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金等課題和橫向項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)。近年來(lái)，在水產(chǎn)流行病學(xué)、病原學(xué)與病害防控技術(shù)研發(fā)方面取得了顯著進(jìn)展，目前共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇，作為副主編編寫(xiě)英文專(zhuān)著1部，參編中文專(zhuān)著1部，獲授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利8項(xiàng)，軟件著作權(quán)3項(xiàng)，新獸藥臨床試驗(yàn)批件1項(xiàng)。
